- Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal material into the Knowledge Base.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the UniSup Cognitive Engine architecture.
- Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory automated responses.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to the documentation and data you provide. UniSup retains all rights to the UniSup platform, its UI/UX designs, the Cognitive Engine algorithms, and the underlying architecture.
4. Limitation of Liability
UniSup provides AI-driven resolutions based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses. In no event shall UniSup be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and your Knowledge Base data will be securely purged.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
